Tribu Nómade Tickets & Eventos — tickets.tribunomade.cl
Last updated: October 10, 2026
This policy explains which personal data we process when you buy tickets, register for an event or browse tickets.tribunomade.cl, what we use it for and how you can exercise your rights. It is governed by Chilean Law No. 19,628 on the Protection of Private Life, as amended by Law No. 21,719. The Spanish version prevails in case of discrepancy.
1. Who is responsible for your data
Tribu Nómade Eventos SpA, tax ID (RUT) 77.671.198-5, Antonio Varas 920, office 702, Temuco, Araucanía Region, Chile.
Privacy contact: [email protected].
We sell tickets on behalf of different organizers. The Organizer of each event is the controller of your personal data. Tribu Nómade Eventos SpA acts as processor: it handles the data only on the Organizer’s behalf and following its instructions, to sell tickets, manage registration, accreditation and event logistics. The Organizer’s name and contact details appear on each event page. For the International OAT Conference 2026 and the Campex Day, the Organizer is AMUN ([email protected]).

We do not use your data to make automated decisions that affect you, nor to build individual consumer profiles.
4. Sensitive data
Information about dietary or mobility restrictions may reveal health data, which the law treats as sensitive. We only process it if you provide it voluntarily and tick the specific authorization in the form. It is used exclusively for event logistics: catering, accessibility and assistance. Only staff who need it can access it, and it is deleted within 30 days after the event ends.
Not providing this data does not prevent you from buying or attending.
5. Who we share your data with
We do not sell or rent your data. Besides the Organizer, who is the controller, we only share it with:
- Service providers that process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations:
- Website hosting: Bigbuda.
- Website security and delivery: Cloudflare.
- Spreadsheets and storage: Google (Google Workspace).
- Email delivery and Trade Room platform: Boombap Agency (Chile), on HostDime servers located in Colombia.
- Card payment processing: Flow (Chile) and PayPal (United States).
- Other Trade Room participants, only if you authorized it, and only your name, organization, position and country.
- Authorities, when required by law or court order.
6. International transfers
Some providers store or process data outside Chile, in the United States (Google, PayPal and Cloudflare) and in Colombia (Trade Room and email servers). We choose providers that offer adequate safeguards, such as contractual data protection clauses. You can ask us for more information about these safeguards at [email protected].

8. Your rights
You may exercise the following rights at any time, free of charge:
- Access: know which of your data we process, why and who we share it with.
- Rectification: correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Erasure: ask us to delete your data when it is no longer needed or you withdraw consent, unless we must keep it by law.
- Objection: object to processing, especially to receiving marketing.
- Portability: receive your data in a structured, commonly used electronic format.
- Blocking: request temporary suspension of processing while a request of yours is being resolved.
- Withdraw your consent, without affecting anything done before.
How to exercise them: write to [email protected] from the same email address you used to buy or register, stating which right you wish to exercise and, if you have it, your order number. We will only ask for additional information if we cannot confirm the request is yours. Tribu Nómade receives and handles these requests on the Organizer’s behalf.
We will acknowledge receipt and reply in writing within 30 calendar days, a period we may extend once by up to 30 more calendar days. Temporary blocking requests are answered within 2 business days. If we reject your request, we will tell you why. If you are not satisfied with the reply or do not receive it on time, you may file a complaint with the Chilean Personal Data Protection Agency (Agencia de Protección de Datos Personales) within 30 business days.
To stop receiving marketing you can also use the “unsubscribe” link included in every email.
9. Security
We apply technical and organizational measures appropriate to the risk: encrypted connection (HTTPS), access to data restricted by role, individual passwords and access keys, backups and review of spreadsheet permissions. No system is completely invulnerable. If a security breach affects your data, we will immediately notify the Organizer so that it informs the Personal Data Protection Agency and, where appropriate, you, by the fastest means available.
10. Cookies
We use our own cookies that are necessary for the site to work: cart, user session and security. These do not require your authorization.
With your prior and revocable authorization, we may use third-party cookies to measure visits or display social media content. You can accept them, reject them or change your choice at any time through the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page.
11. Minors
Purchases must be made by people over 18. Data of children under 14 is only processed with the consent of their father, mother, legal representative or the person in charge of their personal care. The same applies to sensitive data, such as health data, of adolescents under 16.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. We will publish the current version on this page with its date. If the change is significant, we will notify by email those who have an active purchase or registration.
